ASK A QUESTION

How do I access the tests after paying?

After you pay securely through PayPal, your browswer will automatically be redirected to a secure webpage where you can download the test.

What if I get disconnected or something happens before I finish downloaded the test?

As soon as you arrive at the download page, bookmark the page or write down the web address. Then if you are disconnected for any reason you can always return to the page to download it.

I got disconnected RIGHT before the download was finished. Do I have to download ALL that again?

That's very frustrating when things like that happen. If you didn't use a download manager with a resume function, yes you will have to download all over again. However, this time before you download, go to www.tucows.com and get a download program that has a "resume" function. Then you won't have problems like that in the future.

Can you recommend a particular program that can resume downloads?

I don't use them myself, but when I looked over at Tucows I found quite a few shareware programs that did this. I searched under the term "Resume downloading". Here are two programs I would try if I was going to look for a program like that: Internet Download Manager or GetRight.

How long does it take to download the tests?

It depends on your internet connection. Honestly, if you are on a dial-up, I wouldn't even try. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from purchasing a test but dial-up is waaaay too slow. Maybe you have a friend that would let you use their high speed internet connection? With a high speed internet connection it will take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes (maybe more).

Are answers provided?

Yes, all answers are included at the end of each section of the test. If you don't do well, review the lessons at your leisure and retake the test until you have mastered the material.

How will I know if I passed?

At the end of each section, after the answers are given, you are also given a letter grade based on the amount of questions you got correct. If you get below a certain percentage, it is suggested that you review specific lessons.

Why are you charging for tests?

To pay for the website expenses.

Are you going to do anymore Extended Episodes? And if you do are they still going to be Donation Only?

Yes and Yes

Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase a test?

No. You can use your regular credit card. Look carefully for the words: Don't have a PayPal account? Click here
